In a Special economic zone of Small Enterprises in Wykroty (Dolny Śląsk), construction works are underway and will be completed no later than December of this year. In June, it is planned to install and put into operation a furnace for melting basalt rocks, from which stone wool is produced. The furnace, which is heated to a temperature of 1400 degrees Celsius, is the heart of the entire plant. The plant will be built on an area of 19.5 hectares, which shows the scale of the project and the capacity for the volume of materials produced.
