Our Code of Conduct has been designed to provide a framework for making appropriate, ethical decisions in a wide range of circumstances. However, it is not possible to cover every situation and we encourage you to raise any concerns and to ask for advice if you are unsure what course of action to take. In the first instance, you should either seek advice from your manager/supervisor or talk to someone in the Human Resources Department. If you are still concerned about how to handle a particular situation or if you believe that there has been a breach of policy that needs to be investigated confidentially you should contact the HOTLINE.
What questions to contact the hotline with:
Inappropriate use of company assets
Theft, bribery or any other financial or material inducements or fraudulent activity involving an employee of the company
Misuse of authority, discrimination, bullying or harassment or violation of human rights
Other ethical violations or breaches of local laws or company standards covered by this Code
No Retaliation Policy
TECHNONICOL encourages employees to speak up and to raise genuine concerns or questions associated with this Policy. The company will not tolerate any form of retaliation against employees who make complaints or report concerns honestly and in good faith.
